Terms of Service

You need an account to use Qurricular. Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. If you are under 18, use Qurricular with the knowledge of a parent, guardian or teacher.

We can suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or other users. Where it is not urgent, we will tell you why first.

Qurricular is in closed beta. Features can change, and some parts of the product are still in development and are described as such. We do not promise uninterrupted availability during beta.

The Free plan costs PKR 0 and includes the core tools with a daily Q-Credit allowance. Pro is PKR 5,000 per month, billed monthly, and can be cancelled at any time — access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Q-Credits meter AI usage, at roughly one credit per 1,000 tokens of model work. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or refunded for money, and unused daily allowance does not carry over.

Referral rewards are granted once the invited account is verified. We can withhold rewards from accounts created to game the programme.

Your notes, questions, code and lab work stay yours. You grant us only the licence we need to store that content and to process it so the product can answer you — described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train models.

The software, interface and Qurricular brand belong to us. Curriculum material licensed to us by publishers belongs to those publishers. You may use all of it to study; you may not scrape, bulk-export, resell or redistribute any of it.

Do not use Qurricular to break the law, to harass anyone, to attack or probe the service, or to generate work you then present as your own where your school forbids it. Academic-honesty rules are set by your school, and they still apply.

Ryder is an AI tutor and can be wrong, including in simulations and worked solutions. Check anything that matters against your textbook or your teacher. Qurricular is a study aid, not a substitute for instruction.

Qurricular is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

You can delete your account at any time from the application or by writing to support@qurricular.com. We can end this agreement if you breach these terms.
